Tasting Notes

Nose: a touch of smoke and earth that jumps from the glass, with dried leaves and forest floor
Palate: bright, fresh fruit carried alongside charred wood and smoke character
Finish: purple flowers, mushroom, potting soil, and wood spice, closing clean and long with ripe cherry, pine needles, and forest-floor earth

Polished tannins and fresh, firm acidity keep the wine vibrant without drawing attention to themselves — a structure-to-fruit balance that speaks for itself.
