Dry, crisp, and vibrant — light straw in the glass, with stone fruit, fresh citrus zest, and florals over a clean mineral line. This 2024 Pinot Gris frames bright fruit with lively acidity and smooth structure, finishing fruit-driven and refreshing. Individual lots were pressed and fermented separately at cool temperatures to preserve floral character, with brief lees contact adding richness and balance. Enjoy well-chilled on its own or alongside your favorite dishes.
