Description

Our love for the old world's rustic frizzantes and vibrant, terroir-driven traditional method wines led us to bridge two traditions in the cellar. Combining ancestral method techniques with modern winemaking, this Willamette Valley sparkler is a "pet-not" style all our own — part pétillant naturel, part méthode traditionnelle — pouring a bright yellow hue with fizzy exuberance.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of ripe yellow apple, grapefruit, melon, and bruised pear with subtle toasted almond, honeysuckle, and cheese rind
Flavors of apple cobbler, key lime, and lemon meringue with herbal hints of verbena and geranium and a note of nutty marzipan
Rustic and dry, with bright but balanced acidity, notable texture, and a long sweet-and-sour finish of fruit, herbs, and minerals

Serve well-chilled.
